Executive Home Care provides outstanding training and benefits for the caregivers we place. The professional development of our staff is important to our clients; they want to know that their caregiver is skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced in the field.
Additionally, our caregivers enjoy attractive benefits in addition to the features of the job that make it inherently rewarding.
When you put the two together, you get a winning combination that makes for a great job with incredible long-term potential.
In order to be considered for employment with Executive Home Care, all applicants must pass a candidate screening process that includes a criminal background check and verification of employment and references.
Pre-Employment and On-the-Job Training
Once you join the Executive Home Care team, you’re a part of the family! From day one, we go out of our way to make you feel welcomed and included in the care plan development process.
For those who will be providing direct care to seniors in their area, a bonding and insurance process will be completed, to help protect both you and Executive Home Care from certain liabilities.
When you’ve been assigned a client to care for, you will never be alone. Your Executive Home Care Supervisor will always be available to guide you and answer questions you might have about how to provide the best possible care.
Pursuant to state requirements, you’ll also be given ongoing continuing education and training in senior home care, and you will have plenty of opportunities to build your skill set while you build your career with us.
Periodically, your performance will be evaluated to ensure that you are living up to the high standard that we set for Quality of Care.
Those who excel will be rewarded with special perks and additional benefits!
