While Executive Home Care tries to get the best possible match of skills and personality in a caregiver for your family, there are occasions when a different caregiver will need to be arranged. Executive Home Care conducts periodic follow-ups and if for any reason you want to change a caregiver, we will do so at no charge until you are completely satisfied.
All of our caregivers have passed a thorough reference and criminal background checks. They are bonded, insured and our employees, not subcontractors. We match your specific needs and requests to the skills and background of each caregiver to find the ideal match.
Each Executive Home Care office is independently owned and operated. Please contact your local office directly for a complete list of products and home care services available, as well as the rates for your area.
In-home care services are available for as little as a few hours a visit up to 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Executive Home Care can provide companionship or personal care to residents at assisted living facilities and nursing homes who may need additional attention or personalized care.
Executive Home Care never locks you into a contract. It’s an agreement for services and you are free to cancel it with proper notice – no questions asked. Our goal is to provide the best possible home care service.
We never charge additional costs or fees. If there are changes, we always notify our clients well ahead of time.
Executive Home Care develops a written Plan of Care for each client based on an assessment of their needs. The Plan of Care is developed before providing service in cooperation and agreement with the client and family’s representative. The Plan of Care will be used to direct the caregiver in the delivery of in-home care services. Plan of Care is reviewed with the client and family periodically to ensure that the client is receiving the appropriate level of care and is pleased with the caregiver providing the care.
All caregivers are responsible for performing light housekeeping and errand services.
In-home care services such as Companionship, Homemaking, Personal Care*, and Live-in Care* are provided by a caregiver who has the necessary skills and experience to best serve the client’s needs. Services requiring Skilled Nursing Care* are provided by a registered nurse.
* Services may not be available in all states. Please talk with us to find out.
If your regular in-home caregiver is unavailable, the Client Care Coordinator will arrange another caregiver and will contact you. Our goal is to ensure that home care services are provided as expected.
First, contact your local Executive Home Care office. Before care starts, our no obligation, face-to-face in-home consultation gives opportunity to clients and family members to ask questions and learn more about our personalized home care services tailored to suit their individual needs.
As a result of our no obligation, face-to-face in-home consultation, a caregiver is assigned that has the necessary skills, experience and personality match to best serve the client’s needs. The caregiver can be available at your convenience.
