We’ve been with Executive Home Care for about 3 years - first with my mom and now with my dad (who recently turned 100). We have been lucky to have only 2 primary caregivers during this time and mgmt has worked with us to make sure we have coverage when our primaries go on break. We have had local caregivers as well as those from Jamaica and Ghana. Not all have been “appropriate” for our situation and again mgmt has worked with us to accommodate our preferences. Dad is now in his final stages and we hav engaged hospice and they have brought in medications and equipment - our caregiver has worked well with these other services and is able to administer medications and operate the equipment (oxygen and nebulizers). We have been lucky to have them take care of our parents.

Mr. Smith Im so sorry that you were not happy with the services provided to you. I would like to help you if you will give me the name of your servicing company. I search on our list and your name didn't exist. You must have entered a wrong franchisee website. Please don't hesitate to call me 732 308 1512. 
My dad needed home care after having 2 surgeries in a month. We used Executive Home Care for a live-in care giver for 2 weeks. Olivia was amazing. She took great care of my dad. She kept him active encouraging him to do his physical therapy exercises. She made sure he didn’t have a wound infection and made sure my dad was safe while moving around the house. She gave my mom peace of mind to run errands knowing he was is good hands. I highly recommend executive home care!

Executive Home Care was very easy to work with when my husband needed help after his various diagnosis’s. Michael, the home care worker they sent, couldn’t have been a better match for my husband. He is friendly, kind, and figured out the best program for Neil. Lots of exercise and lots of chats about sports. He also helps me with light house chores that I can’t do myself any more.

We contacted this company to help rehabilitate my 83-year-old father who was recovering from Covid-19. They sent us Mike who was a dream to work with, he was full of energy and enthusiasm and brings a super positive vibe with him on every visit! He is thoughtful and has tailored the recovery activities specifically to my father's preferences. Can't say enough good things about him.

The owner herself is a level-headed, pragmatic person; yet, reasonable and kind. The operations need some improvement, however, esp in the area of clear, prudent, consistent, and coherently fair scheduling of case allotments. Despite that the company pays well its DSPs, like myself, an independent contractor caregiver.
