Moving may get difficult for seniors, especially with the aches and pains of aging. But it is important to keep moving, as movement and exercise actually lubricate the joints and strengthen muscles around the joints.
- Have some interests
Interests give you something to look forward to. Whether it is gardening, reading, or crafting, hobbies are not only fun, they also stimulate your brain. Picking a hobby is also a great way to get involved with the community and socialize.
