Executive Home Care in the Bay Area, CA is locally owned by Shelly Jain. I have been a resident of California for over 20 years. I have been married for 33 years and my husband who is an Engineer by profession shares my passion to serve the community and has been my biggest supporter. I am a proud parent of a son who was raised here in California, went to college, and now has a successful career. I am extremely honored to be caring for a community with highly skilled and compassionate caregivers.

I have had a successful career in the supply chain industry that was foremost customer centric. With my experience and love for serving others, I decided it was time to give back, serving others with care and compassion to the communities surrounding the Bay area.

I have experienced the concern of providing quality care to my parents who needed caregivers in the comfort of their own homes. I immediately realized the intangible benefits it provided for our parents. It preserved their dignity, greatly improved their independence, and provided the rest of the family peace of mind. It inspired me to open Executive Home Care here in the Bay Area to help other families care for their loved ones. Starting a home care business in the Bay Area will be a rewarding venture for me, given the region’s diverse population and increasing demand for quality elder care services. Our mission is to offer personalized support that enhances quality of life, allowing clients to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

I love cooking and baking any chance I get. I have a toy Pomeranian that is a bundle of joy and has the entire family wrapped around his little paw. I also love to travel – both Domestic and international.
