Our Team

At Executive Home Care San Antonio North, we started our journey with a personal
passion for serving others. Here in San Antonio, “Military City USA”, Co-founders,
Crystal and Celeste have a mission to provide compassionate and reliable support to
local veterans, the disabled and elderly within the community.
After devoting her career to serving her country as an active-duty service member,
military spouse and government employee; Crystal is transitioning to a more intimate
role serving her community more directly. Watching her daughter and business partner,
serve as a medical professional during COVID, inspired Crystal to join the ranks of
healthcare workers. She witnessed bravery well beyond what she had ever experienced
providing security for her nation. Celeste worked in the trenches of a nursing home,
caring for those that had no one to watch over them while most were confined to their
homes working on laptops. Celeste donned her scrubs, mask and gloves just as
veterans like her parents had geared up in years past for a mission. A proud mom,
Crystal watched her hero do the job of a CNA, day after day, risking her own health to
serve others.
As a military family, service has always been the cornerstone of Crystal and Celeste’s
core values so this new mission to serve their local community is deeply personal. With
disabled veterans in their family, they understand the challenges families face when a
loved one needs extra support. This along with their combined service experiences fuel
their compassion and commitment to ensure every client and their family feels seen,
respected and supported. This team is committed to going above and beyond traditional
home care by treating every client like family. Executive Home Care San Antonio North
will make a positive impact within our community by helping our clients live with dignity,
comfort, and peace of mind.
