With over 31 years of experience in the Senior Living Industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping seniors and their families find the care, support, and peace of mind they deserve. For me, this work has always been deeply personal. Every family I meet is navigating a unique and emotional journey, and I consider it an honor to walk beside them—offering compassion, guidance, and meaningful solutions that make a difference.

Throughout my career, I’ve held executive leadership roles with some of the nation’s most respected Assisted Living organizations, including Pacifica Senior Living, Sunrise Senior Living, Integral Senior Living, Belmont Village, and Westmont Living. In every role, I’ve focused on building caring, responsive teams and creating environments where seniors feel safe, respected, and empowered.

Now, as the owner of Executive Home Care of North County San Diego, CA, I bring that same passion and experience to our local community. My mission is simple: to ensure that every senior receives the highest level of personalized care—and that every family feels truly supported, heard, and understood.

One theme has remained constant throughout my entire career: there is no place like home. After decades of helping families transition loved ones into senior living communities, I launched Executive Home Care to meet the growing desire of seniors to remain comfortably and safely at home, for as long as they choose.

My roots are deeply planted in San Diego County, and since 1999 I’ve called San Marcos home. Over the years, I’ve built a vast network within the local healthcare industry—connections that now help families quickly find the right resources when they need them most. Families can trust that the care of their loved ones is in the hands of a seasoned professional who understands both the clinical and emotional aspects of aging.

My personal mantra—“If you’re not serving a senior, serve someone who is”—has guided every chapter of my career. Whether supporting our caregiving staff or empowering family members, my focus has always been on those providing care.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father of two: Melissa, a recent graduate in School Psychology from CSUSM, and Colin, who is currently pursuing his degree in Business Administration at the same university. I enjoy golfing in my free time and regularly volunteer at Mission Hills Christian Church, staying closely connected to the people and community I care so deeply about.
