At the beginning of 2023, our father’s back surgery led to severe complications that left him a paraplegic and required months of hospitalization and specialized care. The transition home was overwhelmingly difficult—home care agencies were understaffed, unreliable, and unresponsive, leaving our mother without the support she desperately needed. During this time she experienced her own health complications, and our family struggled to care for both parents while juggling our own young families. Through this experience—and through hearing similar stories from others in our community—we saw a clear and urgent need for dependable, compassionate, high-quality home care. This is why we are launching Executive Home Care, Lake Washington: to empower seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those in recovery to live safe, joyful, and independent lives with dignity.
Our personal journey fuels our mission, and our combined professional backgrounds strengthen it. Caitlin brings a decade of hands-on experience serving vulnerable populations, along with a strong record in leadership, team building, and delivering reliable, compassionate care. Casey adds extensive expertise in marketing, communications, and community engagement, along with years of experience supporting families, advocating for children with medical complexities, and coordinating large teams. Together, we are deeply rooted in the Lake Washington community and committed to building a home care agency that offers exceptional care to clients and a supportive, empowering workplace for caregivers—guided always by the values of connection, compassion, and excellence.
